Sometimes all you need is a bit of coaching. Someone to be accountable to. You know the changes you want to make for more energy, more vitality.

Together we make a plan, your personal plan, the foods you want to eat even discover the foods your body is craving---that your body is craving, not your mind or your emotional body!

Small incremental changes that become habit with the use of hypnosis and your subconscious to anchor each positive change. Each small change creates the person you want to be for the rest of your life; beautiful, strong, energetic, excited about your life.

No more cravings, urges or desires for the foods you no longer want to eat. If you want to eliminate those cookies you reach for at 4 o’clock, in hypnosis you actually see the cookies and then feel your desire going to zero. I also use Emotional Freedom Technique to dissolve those cravings effectively.

Create more time for yourself after work and after dinner: I will teach you how to effectively manage your stress with simple, “do them anywhere, do them often” breathing techniques. Relaxing your jaw, neck and shoulders continually through the day reduces a build up of tension. You will feel more able to do things you want to do after dinner instead of unhealthy zoning out like watching TV or unconscious eating.

Smaller portions: See yourself choosing a smaller plate or increasing the veggies and know that the result will be amazing energy and the body you've always wanted, strong, fit, and glowing inside and out.

Learn to really communicate with your body. Knowing and being able to sense when you're really hungry and what the best foods are in that moment. Remembering to ask questions of yourself:

  • Am I hungry or just thirsty?
  • Am I hungry or just passing through the kitchen/breakroom for some other reason?
  • Am I full? Do I really need more?

Your Personal Plan:

In the first hypnosis session (2 hours), you and I would discuss the most important changes for you. They might be cravings, portion sizes, stress reduction, exercise, self image, etc. In hypnosis you will see and feel yourself creating these changes easily. You see and feel yourself feeling empowered. When your subconscious sees and feels the changes that you want to create, it starts to be more inline with your conscious mind.

A very important part is listening to the CD at least once a day before you go to sleep and twice a day is preferred. As amazing as hypnosis is, listening to repetitions of the changes you are making is very important. The more repetitions the better. The first CD is about seeing your body how you would like it to be, size and weight that are perfect for you. Creating this image of yourself in the future as if it is the present is a powerful message to your subconscious.

In the second session (1 hour), we will evaluate your week. We might strengthen some suggestions, more repetitions, check on cravings and emotions.
This CD emphasizes craving reduction.

The third session (1 hour), evaluate again. Empowering suggestions.  This CD empasizes metabolism balancing and exercise.

This is a healthy eating plan for the rest of your life that you design, not a diet. I emphasis conscious eating, conscious thinking, conscious exercise. Being present and mindful of every bite, every chew, knowing that every mindful choice creates your amazing and energetic body is what I focus on with you.
