HypnoLab is your individual exploration of your personal power. It's a 5 session process including hypnosis, stress management, and daily journal writing. It takes place over the span of 8 weeks.

Begin your journey of that new reflection. One change effects the whole reflection. Maybe it's a change in eating habits, self care habits, thought patterns, how you breathe, what limits you put on your world, what limits you put on yourself, understanding your purpose and your power. Maybe you have a very long list of things to do to bring more joy into your life.

Make a list of things you want to change. Then beside each thing, write how many years you've had this problem (or opportunity for transformation:). Frighteningly there are a couple of things on my list that have been a part of my life for 52 years! If that's not a wake up to get busy, I don't know what is!!!!

HypnoLab is a series of five hypnosis sessions, in person with me or over the phone or Sype. You create the plan of self discovery but there is a requirement of journal writing every night, listening to a CD for relaxation and reinforcement of the changes you're creating, and charting your progress.

In this program of self discovery and self healing, you will experience hypnosis as a powerful tool for not only using your whole mind to create change but also as a brain state for releasing thought patterns, old baggage, old belief systems. Hypnosis can also create a deep level of self healing at a very relaxed (theta waves) brain wave state.

In this program, you will learn stress management techniques. To manage stress is to manage thought. I view the mind as a beautiful, powerful wild horse. Allowing that gorgeous animal to just run around in hysterical, unproductive circles is unhealthy and asking to get kicked in the head. Your thought processes allowed to run on that hamster wheel, creates stress hormones, reduces your resistance to disease but even worse sucks the joy out of your life. This gorgeous horse is of no value to you until you learn how to calm it, be kind to it, feed it nutrious food, pull the burs out of it's mane, put the bridle on, then the saddle and ride, ride, ride with joy and abandonment and creativity. The world need your gifts of being that most excellent rider!!!!!
